Fungi may be more familiar to gardeners as a plant pest, but fungi are an essential part of our ecosystem. Fungi that produce the larger fruiting bodies (wild mushrooms) have been a source of (sometimes morbid) fascination, folklore and food for centuries. This talk will highlight some of what you can find in your garden and beyond; what you can eat, and what you mustn’t!
